[TR] Carburetors

I 've rebuilt many Strombergs, I just rebuilt the ones on my TR250. I had
one carb spilling gas all over.
The needle valve was hanging up right out of the box. Replaced the needle
valve and all was good. There seems to be problems with some of the new
needle valves.
Easy fix.
