[TR] 2 questions

I swapped my TR250 out from the .75 to the .70. The clutch effort felt
slightly lower and more important to me the take up less harsh. The
release throw will be shorter with the smaller bore though. More
information attached if you want to dig in, from Buckeye Triumphs technical
section.
