[TR] recommendations for using an insert

HI Sujit,

When I did this on the block of my TR8 engine, I got a piece of 1/2” plate aluminum and drilled a hole the right size with my drill press.  The used the plate as a guide.  That, with some carefully drilling seemed to be enough.
