[TR] Stag stuck choke

Thanks Sujit.  Turns out it was the rotating disc that is the choke mechanism on this carb.  Just had alot of oil in there probably from my bad dashpot O ring, which I since replaced.  Now I know where the oil went, lol. Also missing a gasket on the housing, but I had one.  Choke works great now.  Should be ready to run.
