[TR] Serious rocker arm misalignment with pishrod

You definitely need to put it back. You should be able to get enough room to do that just by backing off the adjustment. If its still tight, turn the engine a half turn or so. 
Afterwards, of course, you'll have to adjust that valve, and I would suggest doing all of them (since obviously the shop didn't do it).
