Thanks for the replys.  The reason I am interested in how much stretch is
that I have some left over 1/16 thick neoprene with cotton reinforcement
and also some 1/16 inch thick neoprene with fiberglass reinforcement. Its
quite easy to open the existing staples and replace the rubber part so I
figured that could make my own parts - I just need to have an idea as to
how much stretch.
