[TR] Craftsman torque wrench

Couldn't sleep last night. Went on YouTube  and found a fix for the head.
It kept spinning.  Spring bent. Seems to ratchet now. Simple fix. The
locking mechanism does not lock. Any one taken a handle off a craftsman
torque wrench
