[TR] TR3A Horn Issues.

There is a pushrod in the center of the horn, that transmits motion from the
diaphragm on one side of the coil, through the center to the contacts on the
other side.  I've had trouble several times with that pushrod getting stuck
due to dirt and/or corrosion.  Of course the contacts also have to be clean
and properly adjusted.

I also spent a long time fighting an intermittant problem that eventually
turned out to be a cracked conductor inside one of the 4-way sleeves.  It
would usually work when I had the hood up for troubleshooting, but not on
the freeway.
