[TR] TR3 wiring harness

I believe there was a significant change along the way in the TR3A harness
- it may have been at TS60000. Since the model year mentioned seems unsure
(and is always suspect) you will want to be sure which version you want
before ordering a replacement. Biggest change was Lucar (spade) connectors
rather than bare wire clamped under set screws. Some component position
changed too though I do not know if that affected the harness.
The replacement harness I got from Moss was perfect though, as noted, they
may have got it from British Wiring.
