[TR] Tr3, conversion from capillary tube to electrically sensed watertemperature gauge

I have an early TR4 electrical gauge on my TR3, fed by an original voltage
stabilizer that I modified with an IC.  Works great.  The very early TR4
gauge is almost identical visually to the TR3.  Later ones would work, but
look much more out of place IMO.
