[TR] Removing stuck wire wheel

It is usually rust holding the wheel in place.

A very long time ago when I worked in a tire shop we would remove the 
large nut and blow compressed air into the gap between the wheel and the 
spline and then wiggle the wheel. Repeat as necessary.

It took some time but it always worked.  Of course the spline were dry 
with no existing grease or added penetrating oil.
