[TR] Torque Spec on bolts

FWIW, I also have two and I have used mine multiple times to start the TR3A. I pull the choke out about halfway to increase the idle and she kicks right off. Great conversation starter and really amazes people. Makes people laugh. You do have to remember not to wrap your thumb around the crank, in the event it kicks back. I slowly pull the crank around until the crank handle is at the 180 degree position then pull up sharply toward 270 degrees in a CW rotation, up and over the top and I do not ever push down on the right side. Starts every time.

I have two. One that stays in the spare wheel compartment along with the jack-that-will-never-be-used and one that I keep in the garage for setting points and valve timing. I have never used it to start the engine however.
