[TR] Torque Spec on bolts

When you go to a car show, it is kind of a neat conversation starter(pun intended) to leave it hanging out the front grille.

I have two. One that stays in the spare wheel compartment along with the jack-that-will-never-be-used and one that I keep in the garage for setting points and valve timing. I have never used it to start the engine however.
