[TR] Sears to Sell the Iconic Craftsman Brand after 90 Years

Craftsman tools had been manufactured by Danaher/Apex but it was
obvious that quality has been slipping and some manufacturing was
being outsourced/re-branded.

Stanley Black & Decker also makes Proto, MAC Tools, FACOM and Lista
among others. The new manufacturer has a good track record of building
high quality tools.
