[TR] tr-3 rear motor bearing

I've used both. The one in the car now has had the scroll turned to accommodate one of the new conversions. It's leaked. I put the newer conversion in my spare rebuilt engine and it hasn't leaked a drop. Course, it's still on the engine stand, hasn't had more than squirt oil into the cylinders, nor has the engine been started yet. Could be related.

I'm sure it would be a heck of a sloppy job if possible but I dread pulling an engine on a newly restored car. Probably would simply deal with the leak and enjoy the car!
