[TR] TR6 Rear Fender Mounting Kit

I'm (finally) in a position to remount the rear fenders on my'71 TR6
project.  I purchased the mounting kits from TRF and they look good and very
complete.  The kits come with about 20 fiber/cardboard "sealing washers"
about 1/16" thick.  I don't remember taking any off when I dissembled the
car about 5 years ago.  Where do the sealing washers go?  Between the
fenders and the body shell seems to be the logical place, but like I say,
there weren't any that came off.
