[TR] TR6 overheating puzzle

Thanks for all the good suggestions.  I'm pretty sure the timing and the carb mixture are okay.  Also, the fuel gauge seems to be reading accurately (showing almost empty now and it is), so I'm not going after the voltage stabilizer yet.  I'm going to check the actual water temperature first thing tomorrow.  That makes so much sense; why didn't it occur to me?!  If it isn't all that hot, I'll sub in the sensor from my poor old Spitfire that hasn't seen the road in two years.  I just checked the VB catalog and the parts are the same.  If that doesn't do the job, then I guess I'll try retuning.
