Unless your 3 is  fan-less,  I dont see how you can get the radiator 
past the fan. And I dont think you can remove the fan from its hub. 
Maybe you could remove the radiator bolts, stays and maybe tilt it 
forward in order to remove the fan. There might be enough room. I have 
no idea.

But if the bolts that secure the apron are not frozen, it only takes an 
hour or so to remove the apron.

Yes, take others advise and tape the chrome strip tabs. Loosen all 
fender bolts so you can spread the fenders a bit.
Once you loosen all bolts, pull the chrome strips up and tape them to 
the sides of the fender out of the way.

Since you have a large crew, you will have no problem lifting off the apron.

Seems to me alot easier than removing your list of items. And the cost 
of new gaskets.
