you are more likely to chip the paint taking out the radiator without
removing the apron that you are pulling the apron.  jm2cw   and a lot less
'other' removals....

i know its been discussed a hundred times, but i gota ask again.
it looks like i could remove:
inlet and exhaust manifold
dynamo
water pump
fan
horns

and with a little jiggling maybe get the radiator out without removing the
apron.
anyone ever had any luck with this approach?

my buddy really does not want to remove the apron. it fits so well and we
are scared to death of chipping paint.
