[TR] Door Window Replacement

Hi Johnnie,

I don't think anyone has it made to spec.  When I have done doors (never 
a 4A), I just used plastic, like I would use for a drop cloth and cut it 
myself,  It doesn't need to be too precise since it is hidden by the 
door panels.
