[TR] Seat belts in TR4A

As was suggested, follow the example of the TR6. Specifically, a late
model TR6 which was fitted with seat belt retractors and a guide loop mounted
high on the rear wheel well with the retractor that mounds directly below
that. I retrofitted a set of late belts in my early TR6 by mounting the
retractor using a stack of increasing diameter washers ending with a fender washer
that is some three inches in diameter. I figure the amount of tension
needed to pull that through the sheetmetal would probably take my shoulder off
first. On a TR4 I would mount the guide loop in a similar fashion.

Moss has a set of aftermarket belts with retractors that work well. My
only complaint is that they are "rate sensitive" and will lock up if you pull
them out too fast with buckling up. And they don't fit the plastic
receivers. :-(
