[TR] tr-3 elbow/cockpit capping pieces

the material covers the metal, in some ares there is a little cushion that covers the top of the metal, to make it a little more comfortable, but not much.
Mine are just spray glued to the metal cappings, then basically they are a press fit on the area they belong. The rear deck capping I believe is screwed into place, other than the dash area all others are pressed on.
