[TR] TR3 Gas Gauge Sending Unit & Breather Leaks

Permatex dissolves in ethyl alcohol, which is being added to our fuel these
days.  I'd suggest Hylomar instead.  Plus of course the usual about making
sure the surfaces are clean and flat, etc.

Are you sure the sending unit itself isn't leaking?
