[TR] TR4A hood stowage and retractable seat belts...

Look at a TR6.  The 4A is not likely to be reinforced nor have the  
captive nuts but will give you an indication of how and where.  
Likewise the hood (soft-top). There are major differences in the top  
frame but they mount the same way and stow in the same way/place.
