[TR] TR3 rear hubs

In the process of dismantling a TR3, it always seems reasonable to complete
the process by removing the rear hubs from their axles, but how many of us
have ever found a TR3 rear hub bearing in need of replacement? And, how many
of us realize that the seal is only a grease seal, not an oil seal and,
further, that its purpose is probably more to keep nasty stuff out of the
bearing than to keep grease in it?
