[TR] TR3 Bulkhead Sealers

While TRF is OOS on the sealer plates, Moss has in stock and they're on their
way.B  This finally lays to rest the bewilderment about why I was getting sand
and leaves kicked up into the cockpit from the wheels.B  Now I don't have to
stuff a towel into the bulkhead to keep out the frigid air during the hard
frosts of Fall.
