[TR] Changing TR3 Rear Leaf Springs

The tapped hole thread size is 5/16-24 UNF.  I have done this job a couple 
of times and never had to drill the fabled hole.  Patience, pentrating oil 
and the careful use of a BFH as Randall suggests did the trick for me.
