Tom,
I cannot attest to how good this stuff is, because I haven't used it  yet, 
but one of my nautical friends told me to go to West Marine as boats have  lots 
of clear plastic, both rigid and flexible and replacement is huge$.   He said 
the stuff they sell is the best cleaner/polisher he has ever seen.   As soon 
as I get around to using it I will let you know.  This guy knows  all things 
nautical very well, however.
