[TR] re TR4 help, cooling fan, conclusion

Well, so much for conclusions.  LOL
Anyway, I got the fan today that my customer isn't buying, and 
certainly there will be a difference in PERFORMANCE of the fan 
depending on how it is mounted. The blades have a raised bit, or 
sunken bit depending on POV, that would seem to have some effect.
