[TR] Head Gasket for TR3A - smooth up or down

Terry:
I torqued the head to 105 lbs in steps of 10 from 55.  I then ran it 15 
minutes to get it warm, let it cool a bit, then re-torqued to 105.  The 
car only had about 800 miles on the new gasket when it went.  I was 
planning to re-check at 1000 miles
