[TR] Regrinding TR3 lifters?

Thanks all for the feedback on regrinding lifters. I have decided to
give it a try. I dropped my cam and lifters off at Oregon Cam Grinding
earlier today. Very nice to talk to! The main warning that they had is
related to the zinc content in modern motor oils.

I need to keep my costs low if I want to get my car back on the road in
the near future. I am just doing the basics to the engine at this time.
Rings, bearings, valve grind, cam grind and timing chain. If it lasts
40K miles I will be happy. I have a second engine on which I plan to do
more of a performance rebuild for in the future.
