[Tigers] rear disc brake

I agree that drums are fine and that people over state the benefit of
discs. For me, it was simply because my self adjusting versions were a
disaster. I did everything I could to get all new parts, install
correctly, etc., and they just never worked right. So I thought I'd go
with the discs on the Alpine for the why the heck not. I just haven't
gotten to it yet.
