[Tigers] Camshaft Recommendation

Hi James,

When I rebuilt my 260 about 4 years ago the only cam I could find was COMP
Cams 31-215-2.  It didn't have the exact same specs as the original Ford
part, but it was close enough.  But, like you said, nobody seems to have
them in stock.
