[Tigers] Speedo rebuild recommendations?

Agree aftwr sitting so long.. Likely a lack of lubrication or dried up
lubrication making it stick...also worth chefkmcanle is turning to drive
it.. Or that the peg on the cable is locating into the speedo head
correctly.
