[Tigers] Speedo rebuild recommendations?

I had a broken odometer gear in mine and couldn't find the part anywhere. I
sent it to Nisonger and they fixed it up. They also converted my tach to
work with electronic ignition.

The only problem I have now is that the speedometer needle sticks if I
haven't driven it in awhile. I can thump on the speedometer and it frees
up. I know how to fix it but I don't want to take it apart right now.

The only other problem I've ever had with the speedometer is when the cable
somehow got against the exhaust and melted.

Have fun,
Joe Brown
