[Tigers] F4B Coil Placement

My apologies.  Just checked the F4B install instructions and it says "Mount
coil on manifold as shown with furnished 5/16-18 X 2 1/2" cap screw".  So I
guess that somewhere on the manifold there's a 5/16-18 threaded hole.
