[Tigers] F4B Coil Placement

The F4B install instructions don't even mention the coil.  I guess you can
shoe-horn it in on top of the manifold.  I gave up on mounting on the
manifold and mounted my coil at the top of the generator bracket (picture
attached).  When I went to an alternator I had to fashion a new mount (2nd
pic).  I guess the crooked mount on the F4B could be considered "correct",
but my coil and I are happier with a mounting location away from a hot
manifold.
