[Tigers] The holes on the left and right of the radiator on the Sunbeams

I never heard that explanation before.  But along those lines, my old Jetta
had a large hole next to the radiator.  There was a rubber flap over this
hole, secure only at the top.  I think that the idea was that at road speed
it would open and provide extra airflow to help keep the engine compartment
cooler.  But stopped, the flap would close off the hole, preventing hot air
recirculation.
