​Just a word of caution, to get clearance to fit the valve covers under the
firewall Tiger valve covers are of a lower profile than standard Ford valve
covers​.  Make sure that your shiny new replacement valve covers will fit.
You might find that rechroming your original valve covers is the easier
option.  As to removing the sticker, I don't have specific experience with
removing the sticker but most adhesives can be removed with either gasoline
or lacquer thinner.  Try soaking the valve cover in both.  The sticker is
metallic so you can't hurt it.
