[Tigers] Brake fluid, British rubber don't like DOT 3

I'm STILL seeing British Hydraulic rubber go to mush.

The common denominator is DOT 3 fluid.

I have NOT seen British rubber turn to GOO with DOT 4.

YMMV, but unless you have some magic rubber ( in ALL of the systems), it
STILL hates DOT 3.

....Of course, having said that, DOT 4 sources are questionable.....HERE,
YMMV....
