It's pretty straight forward to do once you get into it, the one thing I've
seen first timers miss is gluing (or even stitching down) the seam that
goes across the front pleat, making it conform to the seat pad. I contact
cement that area generously then put a car battery on it to dry. Just look
for glue residue on the pads when you take them apart and put it back
together the same way.
