[Tigers] Tiger oil capacity w/non-stock filter

Ron…..I have the stock filter set up (which fills and stays full whether the engine is running or not, I think, based on its inverted position)) and with 4 quarts my dip stick shows almost full. My assumption is that when the engine stops oil sits in the filter and doesn’t drain down to the crankcase. If I added a quart I am sure the dip stick would show way over full. I am puzzled.
