[Tigers] Speedograph Fog Lamp Brackets on Ebay

Those brackets are nice.  But, based on the photo, it seems they would be
fairly easy to make (just in case the price gets away from you).  I think I'm
going to give it a shot (making them) for a pair of lamps I have for my Mark
I.

On Ebay UK there are Speedograph fog lamp brackets # 230342318760 and I
don't
see how these mount on a Sunbeam Alpine or Tiger without drilling something.
The listing says they are for Alpine  1, 11, V and Tiger.  If the large hole
in the bracket is used with the bumper bolt then what is the threaded hex
fitting used for?  It looks like the bracket would be blocked by the
bumperette if attached using the bumper bolt.
