[Tigers] Ho Chi Minh Tiger Bumpers

I think this has been asked before, but has anyone seen/bought/used
these repop all stainless steel bumpers from the Harrington Group? With
exchange rates they are about $850 to the USA for a package that
includes two bumpers and four over-riders. The company text says it is a
British company based in Vietnam, lots of cheap labour and no EPA
worries from copper cyanide and such.
