    Grill....  It's a race car.  Hardware cloth rattle can black.  I have the chrome strips from my 68 MIDGET you can have but they are here in west Kansas.
Just putting out a feeler....  Is anyone interested in a MIDGET reassemble OSHIT in ol' Dodge City? Fall2018? Spring 2019?  Wild West OSHIT?  What say you? Suspension is done as is paint, some wiring and some brake lines......

    I'd like to attempt to form the stock MG Midget rocker stainless trim strip to the contours of the flared fenders on Frank's Midget project.I need 2 used trim strips and not too far from home since shipping then would be crazy due too their length.   Anyone have one or a pair?I'm already making a custom ('61-'69 models) front bumper to fit the flared front fenders .  I wanted a proper '70-'74 bumper , but none presented itself .   I just got the last of the pieces for a pair of split rear '70-'74 between Kevin offering pieces and the parts car.  I need to straighten the slightly tweaked rear main face bar sections so I can test fit them to the flared quarter panels.   If some cutting or bending is needed , I'll do the forming part of fitment.There is no budget for rechroming the bumpers.   I need to contact Frank's son once I have all the fitment issues worked out to politely ask Frankie if he would please powder coat the bumpers and using his expertise polish the aluminum rims that came with the car to restore their long neglected finish.   I have a picture of The finished car in my mind.   No, It's not going to be a show car...it's going to be a ( barely) steerable race car.   Although I think it will turn heads where ever its seen.   BTW, anyone...ANYONE have a grill?   I do not even have a bent or damaged one I can attempt to straighten.   I have the 4 piece surround for the grill opening.   Not perfect...but useable.   Any and all assistance is appreciated on the ultimate " We Tight" project.Chuck
