[Spridgets] MKIII Midget front wheel bearings

First thing is to get decent bearings - I think I paid about £80 for a good 
 set which is many times the price of the rubbish the usual suspects sell.  
 You might want to get a spare spacer and measure their exact height - 
gives you  an option to remove small amounts on emery paper if you need a very 
slightly  shorter spacer to get the pre-load correct.
 
Of course if you don't have inspection to worry about and plan on keeping  
cornering speeds below 90 mph+ and top speeds below 120/121 mph you can 
probably  live with the cheaper bearings that never reduce all the free play.
 
The old bearings you removed may be better than the cheap stuff you are  
buying.  
 
Finally, the front hubs are different on steel wheels to wire spoked  
wheels.
