[Spridgets] NO LBC CONTENT!! Taurus-Sable-Ford brake line issue

Are these areas where the brake line has to be flexed / bent to fit it in 
when new?   Is their coating compromised?  Or is that where they are held 
when they are bent and a coating sprayed on?
