[Spridgets] now starting problems..

(Counting from the radiator)...
Rockers 1 & 2 loose and rockers 7&8 tight, shoulc coincide with #1 piston 
being at TDC, the mark on the pullet should line up with the big pointer and 
the distributor rotor should be pointing in the direction of cylinder #1.

And Derf also makes some good points....
Check your battery voltage while the starter is engaged...
An initial frop of a few milliseconds to around 6V is normal but it should 
quickly come up to around 11V or so...     Frank??
