[Shop-talk] seat slide/locking mount

I'm envisioning four keyholes in a flat section or two rails, with shoulder bolts (or carriage bolts or plough bolts) screwed into the seat bottom. Set the bolt heads into the keyholes, pull aft, and secure with a toggle clamp (like https://www.mcmaster.com/#toggle-clamps/=19355s6)
