[Shop-talk] CFC Bulb Failure

Tom - Except for the melting, it sounds typical.  I've never had one 
melt, but do have the scorch marks when they fail.  Unlike incandescent 
bulbs that typically fail at startup, the compact florescent bulbs just 
fail to start.
